Thank you to everyone who has helped us by buying ice lollies or cakes at the end of the day. We will continue to hold these sales as often as we can until the end of term so please bring some small change with you at pick up time.
We are busy planning some fun end of term events. We have arranged for all the children to take part in a sports afternoon on Thurs 8th July. Our Year 6 children are busy learning lines and practising for their performance of “Robin Hood” at the end of term. Sadly neither of these events will be “normal” due to Covid restrictions and sadly we are unable to include parents in these events as we usually would but rest assured that we will take lots of photos and videos to share with you so that you can be involved in some small way. This term, every class has learned about growing.
Many children have planted sunflower seeds. Additionally, Ms Ljiljana has taken groups of children into Muck and Miracles to plant and weed. Maria from Ultimate Sports has been working with groups of children to tidy up the playground area too. Many thanks to all of our SMM growers. Enjoy the quarter finals of the Euros this weekend.
Have a great weekend
